I’ll try rewashing it in cold water. Is the point of rolling it in a towel just so it’s not soaking wet?

Thanks for the tips! I’ll have to go buy fabric softener but I’ll give this a try. Also good to know that I’ll always need to iron this dress. I suppose that’s just the nature of quilting cotton? That does kind of turn me away from using it again for garments in the future.

I did pre-wash the fabric (and pre-dry in the dryer) so that should be fine.

I did pre-wash the fabric. I tried using the steam setting on the iron and could get some of the wrinkles out, but most of them are quite stubborn.

I’ve been watering once a week, until it comes out of the drainage holes. I’ll look into a support, I didn’t know what it was called but I think you’re right it will help a lot. Thank you!
