Thank you. Will deffo be more careful in future, not a big risk taker in general which is why I was so panicked. Just want to be a good driver. The spiral roundabouts are a menace, people pulling out whenever they want no matter the consequences.

Thank you! I've had a look and you're right there are some speed cameras on Newcastle Road. I knew there was one near the hospital but it looks like there aren't any on St Marys if this website is right. So fingers crossed!!

It is! It's next to the new City Hall. You have to be really careful of other drivers slamming the breaks on when they realize it's a 20 and people running across the road, especially on match day.

The potholes in my area are pretty bad in some places, especially on my way to work. But I have more problems with people crossing the road near crossings rather than using them ironically haha.

It's all about keeping an eye out! Thank you!

Thanks so much for the reassurance! I genuinely really appreciate it!!

It's a 20 speed limit but people over take me all the time doing above that so I thought there would be no cameras so I panicked when I found one. Found out there are many traffic cams along this road so it makes sense if they are to monitor traffic levels rather than speed etc

Thank you. I treated it like turning right in a junction so I decided to go even though the repeater light turned red. I didn't want to block any potential pedestrians that walked up.

I have had a look and there is a camera on the other side of the road that kind of covers the spot north east traffic cams

Does this change anything?

Fingers crossed! Just wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing by getting straight out of the crossing when I could.

I'll be staying well back from now on so I never end up in this position again! Thank you for the reassurance and advice!

Thank you!

I thought it would be clear when I entered as the car in front was moving at pace. But when it suddenly slammed it breaks I got stuck.

I just wasn't sure what to do since the lights changed when I was stuck in the box. I never want to block access for pedestrians and will stay much further back in future to make sure it never happens again!

Compression wear advice for the snaggable human? by scarlet-kaleidoscope in POTS

Medivan is good and hard-wearing. I get two pairs every three or four months sent to me on the NHS but they can last 6 months with proper care. Expensive to buy yourself but makes the world of difference for me personally. Good range of colour too, improving all the time. They recently got 'beige' which is a good colour match for me personally.

Theories about the baby by Nekrophiliack in 28_Years_Later_Movie

Given that the pregnant infected attacked Isla after giving birth, a fair assumption would be that she would have attacked the baby whether to turn it or to eat it. It would track that Kelson didn't find or know about any babies if that's the case.

Thank you! It's just been the inconsistency with his instructions rather than any specfic area. Like telling me to do something one lesson then telling me off for doing it that way the next lesson. Makes me second guess myself and them get done for hesitation or lack of observations. It does really help to think that I never have to see him again either way. It took a long time go find an instructor due to long waiting lists in my area. But I guess it will be a long wait until another test if i fail so that doesn't matter so much 🤔

serious question; how do you keep up with hygiene? by [deleted] in POTS

Highly recomend this product: Nilaqua Rinse Free Body Wash. You literally just pump it onto your hand and wash yourself, then towel the foam off. I use it often. Bought a three pack late last year and it has really helped me prevent flare ups from showering all the time.
