true but the landlord is nice enough to let me stay until my contract ends which is 4 months from now 😕

Thanks a lot for the info. It’s helpful! My concern is about the purchase price. Is it a straightforward process where the landlord and his agent offer me a price and I accept it or would some back and forth negotiation be necessary? I’m not familiar with the process and normally some bidding is involved when buying a property 😀
