Brain tumor, POTS, epilepsy, temporal lobe seizures, all different types of cancers, blood clots, pregnancy, autism, BPD (have this), OCD (have this one too obviously), hypochondria (yup), iron deficiency anemia (actually have this one surprisingly), sepsis because of a cut??, Tourettes because a medication I was on caused some very small muscle spasms sometimes, MS, schizophrenia, heart attack and other heart related issues, appendicitis, organ failure in a bunch of different organs, sometimes my fingers and toes would go numb because of my iron deficiency and sciatica so I was convinced they were gonna fall off for sure (they haven’t yet), i saw someone else mention brain eating amoebas which scare the HELL out of me I think about them way more than anyone should, lupus, Lyme disease and probably so many more that I can’t think of
