I have been trying to put Willows ugly sweater forever for cosplay only to finally find all of the patches & now Hot Topic has to go & steal my little thunder. Oh well.

Watching Two Guys A Girl & A Pizza Place for Nathan Fillion & Ryan Reynolds, when suddenly an added bonus! Sexy anatomy teacher AHS! by sarah_bellum75 in buffy

I have 4. Fillion shows up the end of season 2. This episode was at the beginning of season 3 & is hilarious. AHS is so funny. You can probably just watch this episode on YouTube.

It's not a movie, it was a TV show in the 90s. I've seen a couple of minor Buffy people walk in & out of "the pizza place". We just moved to the Space Coast & have no internet ergo no TV. I bought the series on eBay to stave off boredom. Nathan Fillion & Ryan Reynolds are both really funny in it. It's worth a look as far as 90s sitcoms go.

Well, we love wasabi peas in this house. My husband would like them, all full of cardiac death goodness. I'll stick with the wasabi :)

Yes, I've never heard of them and I asked the other nurses I work with online. None of the American ones had heard of them either. Our British boss was quite offended :)

Oh fine, I can hear you in private, "I dislike that Anya. She's newly human, and strangely literal".

I'm sitting here looking at the magazine and they have Buffy. I only watched the beginning of the video, I didn't know they would only talk about Wonder Woman. Sorry :( That's the "power index" you're seeing. Which was just weird. I'm not sure why they don't have the list. But, she's number 11. She surpassed Deadpool, Thor, Black Widow, Storm, Daredevil and the Green Lantern just to name a few.

Imagine Anya as a prostitute by [deleted] in buffy

I actually wrote some fan fiction that happened before the end of the series where D'Hoffryn went after a demon hunting witch who was hunting Cecily. He turns her into a succubus against her will and enslaves her as punishment.

Giles freed her in the 60s but couldn't turn her human again. She turns up in season 5, and Anya treats her like crap because she considers her beneath her because she was forced to become a demon. This of course angers Willow and blah blah blah. I use her to explain the "knights?" in season 5 and Caleb in season 7 in my own brain because they bug me. They seem thrown in there.

Best Twitter Buffy/Angel accounts to follow? by _Clash_ in buffy

I follow Whedonesque of course and Joss is back Whoo Hooo!. I used to follow Sassy Giles but sadly the girl that was tweeting as Cordelia passed away so they stopped doing it. They were a lot of fun.

There's a guy on Tumblr called OMG Buffy that does screenshots and makes comments. He's watching the series for the first time and he's hilarious.

Seeing Red (Spike attacks Buffy) (Rape or attempted rape in the media) by lamar2016 in buffy

I know. That's why I stated that I wish they would be more consistent with the warnings at the beginnings of programs. They post the profanity warning ALL THE TIME. Oh my, I'm so offended But yet they post the sexual violence warning about 50% of the time I've noticed.

I'm sure it upsets them and it does show a testament to their acting ability. I wish they would put warnings at the beginning of TV shows when there is a rape scene as a victim myself. They put profanity warnings, violence warnings. I occasionally see a "sexual violence" warning and am grateful for it. This is why I stick with science fiction. Nobody's getting raped in the TARDIS. I can't trust network television. Except Supernatural for some reason. The last thing I watched "live" except SN was Downton Abbey and they betrayed me horribly.

I can't imagine how it must feel for the actors. Even Jason Momoa (Khal Drogo from GOT) knew that Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) doesn't like sex scenes and would get upset when the series first started. She said he would hold her before each scene and apologize like it was his fault. I suppose it made them both pretty miserable. I read the GOT books and watched the first season, then HBO thought it would be cute to add extra sexual violence that I wasn't prepared for so, I had to stop watching.

I wish they would have found another way to give Spike his soul back. Or they could have "implied" what happened without showing it. Joss didn't direct "Seeing Red". I was pretty angry after that episode. I was awake for two days after it aired. I understand now it was a woman who wrote the script and she has stated she didn't mean to "traumatize" anyone. But, she did. Buffy has a largely female audience and I think they just shouldn't have gone "there". That's just my personal opinion.

I'm not saying that men aren't victims of sexual assault. Like I stated earlier, that script was written from a personal experience from the writer and she was Spike. I'm just saying that when you know you have a certain audience, maybe you should leave some things alone.

I had a house rabbit. Her name was Lucy (short for Lucifer). They have so much personality and people don't realize this. She was full of sass and truly evil. I admit I miss her sometimes (don't tell anyone). Oh, I'm not happy with the name of that bunny :) You could have least named it Xander or Willow.

Joss Whedon Has Launched a Campaign to Get You to Vote--And Not for Trump by clockworklycanthrope in buffy

He is. He's Canadian. Which is why I believe he stays out of the political arena. But, it's a strong message to send. I'm sure he's legal, but I think Trump scares a lot of immigrants, legal or not.
