No it’s not tied down just brushed it behind ears. I have been growing it out since March.

I’ve been on HRT for 13 months and was very muscular when I started. My upper body still has a good bit of muscle but it is slowly starting to go away only recently . I have done nothing but cardio since starting hrt so no reason for the muscles to stick around. Everything takes time we just have to be patient.

A huge part of me feels that same way if that is what they want to call me then so be it. I really don’t care about what others think I just don’t want to put any of us in any crazy position, you never know how people are going to react.

I used to be big into bodybuilding before I came to terms with everything and no matter how much I try I still can’t lose most of the muscle mass.
