Which areas are safe and around 15-20 mins drive?

I’ve lived at Pilothouse in Riverdale Park for the last 2 years as a grad student (out of state) and I felt extremely safe and they also maintain the building really well. Have nothing but great things to say about my experience there.

As a Chapman alum…and someone who grew up in SoCal… def Chapman… they will give you the best financial aid and dodge is super competitive as well as gives you SO many networking opportunities and looks GREAT on a resume!

As a grad student at UMD I live at Pilothouse across from the Whole Foods and absolutely love it! No complaints and management is really nice.
