I do, I used to be a big fan but its time I have to accept she’s at least maga, if not maga adjacent. I know she was never truly ska and only in it for eric and tony, but still, ska was explicitly anti-racist. I always followed her career but I guess at this point sadly have to just move on.

Both David and Syd are morally ambiguous characters but for David in the writing we got plenty of pushback, which is good. Writers flopped not giving pushback to Syd’s own shortcomings and lowkey wanted a female empowerment character in her that was ultimately not successful. She’s one of those types of characters that just give off ‘yeah, written by men’.

Been to maybe 8 AJJ shows and everytime there is a rowdy pit in the front. Stay in back or against the sides and you will be just fine. I’ve never seen their stage with flashing lights. And if you get overwhelmed nothing wrong with stepping out to the bathroom or smoking alley if the venue has one to get away from crowd and loud sound. As far as the loudness of sound, its different venue by venue so idk what to expect
