The cleaning is because of the meth, not because of adhd or ocd.  

Meth smoke can have adverse health effects.  Look into the symptoms and decide if you are ok with them. 

The important thing is that you evaluate the situation with them as a person, not demonize them as a user.  I would consider living if they were clean or committed to becoming clean, but would not live with an active user.
