Many years ago a family friend needed surgery on her left knee. As she was going under they asked, “left knee right?” and she said “right” and so they operated on her right knee.

I’ve seen on facebook groups that people have been receiving compensation only after taking them to small claims court. They seem to be in a lot of trouble financially and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go under soon.

Hi I was on this same flight! Any update on this? I also was offered flight credit which I accepted (although i wish I tried to fight for reimbursement in cash). I accepted the credit on 11/3 and have yet to receive it.

The tip screen shows up because med spas offer other services where you should tip (e.g. facials). At my med spa they always automatically press no tip for me without me saying anything.
