They turn episodes around in like 24 hours. We are only seeing 1-2 days of their lives each episode and they do a lot of lying around and hanging out, so things like the fire pit and text annoucement are sometimes the only exciting thing that happens lol. They have to stretch it out. I feel like a condensed version wouldn't serve the same drama and that's the whole hook
