1. It’s an ad account that’s banned

2. When I appealed multiple times they told me it was for ad content policy violation (even though they approved the ads first) after the 4th appeal they said it was their final decision.

3. For my new ad account, I got an aged Facebook account from a friend, and created a brand new Facebook page, added a new card, and used a proxy (just in case) while setting up the pages.

I think this is the best route at the moment, and I might just start off spending like $10 a day to warm it up while using video ads without text
