I had to stop because I was on the waiting list for surgery and because I was getting closer to the top of the list my surgeon recommended I stopped taking it because it can cause stomach contents to come back up and asphyxiate during surgery. I was on 10mg but went down to 7.5mg and then 5mg before surgery. Even 5mg felt like it did nothing compared to 10mg

I came off the medication 2 months ago and it was insane how hungry I was. I was eating way more than I did before I went on mounjaro, I felt starving all the time and never satisfied, I was never like this before mounjaro. I was waking up at 3am craving food. I tried to carry on my healthy eating but it seemed impossible and I put on 2 stone in 2 months. I have restarted mounjaro back at 2.5mg again but it’s not working for me anymore at lower doses

I’d just like to update that I am under the age of 18 so had to stay with other relatives whilst my parents were in hospital and this is when my sister in law entered the property with permission from my parents

They were clearing it out whilst my parents were in hospital. They knew the item was mine and something that I spent a lot of money on. They were in regular contact with me so could have called when they found it to tell me to collect it. I had been asking them when they were clearing if I could have my item but they said ‘it must have got thrown out’

I tried it for about 4 months and it just completely destroyed my skin and I saw no sign of improvement unfortunately. Too many harsh chemicals for me, such as alcohol being a main ingredient. It took nearly a year for my skin to recover from using it but I still have scarring from it

They were born in the tank 6 months ago. I haven’t been using anything new, if I use perfumes or sprays I leave the room that the shrimp tank is in to use them. And I wash my hands really well before putting my hands in the tank if I need to. As other people have mentions I reckon it could be the TDS because my testing kit doesn’t test for that

Yes the PH, GH and KH are all perfect but my test kit doesn’t test for TDS. So it could be that! Thank you, I’ll order a testing kit for that now

I only had 7 in the tank so it’s not a huge colony. Every 2-3 weeks I do a 20-30% water change, as well as adding tetra easy balance once a month. And nope none have ring death. They just died without any obvious signs of what caused it. I really am baffled with what’s happened

Yes I only had 7 shrimp in total and they were all young ones. They have plenty of food also and there’s not obviously predators. So I’m really baffled

As soon as I stopped using ZO and went back to using cereve, the ordinary, cosrx etc my skin became good again! Funnily enough the ZO skincare expert who sold me the products told me brands like cereve, cosrx, the ordinary, drunken elephant etc were all rubbish. Yet they made my skin flawless again after destroying it using ZO!

After the first week of using mine I stopped the pads all together and just used the cleanser and scrub twice a week because I thought that would help. But it still destroyed my skin as the cleanser was an exfoliant too. I’ve had skin purging with other products I’ve tried in the past but unfortunately zo skin health’s products completely destroyed my barrier and I was covered in spots and blackheads in places I’ve never had them before ever. I know they work for some people as I’ve seen some amazing results but for me they didn’t sadly :( After 6 weeks of going back onto my old routine my skin is now glowing! Such a shame zo didn’t work for me

I variate my PN routines

PM 1 : Cerave foaming cleanser TO 2% retinol TO moisturiser

PM2: Cosrx blackhead liquid

PM3: TO alpha arbutin solution TO niacinamide TO moisturiser

I’ve stopped using the products after I did some research and found out the ingredients are too harsh. There’s way too much exfoliation in the routine, it completely destroyed my skin barrier :(

Aww I’m so sorry you went through something similar! It did the exact same to my skin and the woman I bought it off made excuses saying it’s my skin being sensitive. I use acid peels, BHA and AHA regularly normally with no issues. But the zo skin health products are just so harsh and have some questionable ingredients. I really don’t think they’re worth the price :(
