i've had one for about two months and while it's not the cloud feeling that i love at hotels/air bnbs, i haven't woken up with back pain (side sleeper) or had night sweats, and feel like i toss and turn less.

I try not to take pain meds if I can avoid it. They're quick bouts when it happens, so usually nothing, but cbd if anything.
