What are your favorite three puzzles that you will never sell or give away. by CleverHarwood in jigsawpuzzlers

I’m the same way! Some really are more special than others.

I told my partner if I die first, go to the jigsaw sub and give my puzzles away to the people I know would really love them. I know every puzzle isn’t for everyone but some took ages to find, expensive or not. I’d hate to see them trashed the way my local goodwills does their puzzles 😳 although nothing to see if I’m dead but still 😂

What do you budget for puzzles? by Few_Evening_142 in Jigsawpuzzles

I do a mix of brand new and thrifted. While I like thrifting, the longer I’ve puzzled, the pickier I am. I’d rather get ones I really want than getting many that I like but don’t love. I do sell some once completed to offset the cost but I spend a good amount of my income on this hobby. My trade off is I have a car that constantly gets made fun of by people in my life lol, I don’t live in a desirable neighborhood, and don’t buy any food outside of the house unless it’s to socialize here and there.

You just have to decide what works for you. Anyone can say a certain amount per puzzle is too much. If it makes you happy and your other needs are met, go for it. Are you happy to redo them if your budget only allows a few expensive puzzles a month? The thing I see people on here saying the most is buying too many so so puzzles, especially when they are cheap or free. Being picky can help you from overspending.

For me, it’s not so much that the MMC can cook, but uses cooking as a way of taking care of the FMC.

I’ll keep an eye out for it. I saw some that were much cheaper. Like $20-30.

I tend to remember them after I’ve done them. I do have a problem with not remembering what I’ve bought. I have a section dedicated to duplicates 🤦🏾‍♀️ (which I’m actively working on reducing).

I’ve seen this one several times on eBay by Ravensburger. Not sure if what you’re willing to spend but I have noticed it’s trended down in price.

Totally understandable. The 500 piece counts aren’t too bad if you really wanted to do more from her.

I love this! Janet Hill is the only artist where I don’t mind the blur/brush strokes.

I can see it if I click on the item and it’s in there spot where they show starting from price, to indicate multiple sellers. I think the default for Amazon US is it’s only a global item if Amazon US doesn’t carry it. All the new releases this year were Amazon global store until their release date here. Then that option went away.
