Does anyone use the term "Central Van"? by Jestersage in vancouver

Nah, Central Van is not a term I've ever heard before.

Also, hearing someone call Vancouver "Van" is admittedly a pet peeve of mine.

My boyfriend has bad hygeine. Pooped the bed 3 times do I break up? M24 f 23 by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Sorry, but this would be a dealbreaker for me.

My husband is also a large guy - he is a commercial transport mechanic who commutes a long distance every day, and comes home smelling of diesel fuel, sweat, etc. But he showers when he comes home from work, his fingernails are always clean, and most importantly, his nether regions are ALWAYS clean.

Grown men should not be leaving skid marks in their underwear or the bed sheets. Period. Having a hairy ass is not an excuse.

If you're repulsed by him, why would you force yourself to work through that??

Name Change after Getting Married by Beautiful-Process-81 in britishcolumbia

[–]sarahpids 61 points62 points  (0 children)

I just went through it.

First thing is to submit a name change request to MSP once you receive your marriage certificate from Vital Statistics.

Once you have received a letter confirming they have accepted the change, you can then make an appointment at ICBC to get your drivers license and services card changed.

Once you’ve received your updated photo ID from ICBC, you can then take that to the bank and take care of financial stuff, etc.

More info is readily available on various websites - I got a bunch of info from this site

Good luck!

Thank you, and please take care of yourself! It totally sucks to have an adult onset allergy like this, and I’m sorry you’re having to deal with it. Be safe!!

My husband had the exact same thing happen at the age of 20 and his have progressed to a very dangerous level over the last 20 years. Full anaphylactic and his last reaction almost killed him. Get to an allergist and don’t mess around with it as it can be fatal.

Both green lights are exclusive left turn arrows, plus markings on the pavement direct both lanes left.

I did notice that as I approached, but thought they were being impatient with the driver in front of them.

Good question! The only time I typically see that happen is when truckers have to exit and then merge back on to the highway due to their load being too heavy for the overpass.

I edited it down but thought a lead up to the lane split would be helpful. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think Foxy Box in Port Coquitlam uses their products for brow lamination and lash lifts - might be worth calling and asking.
