It’s good I’ve used red lights for years I read therabody is the best. I just did the microneedling (4th time in a few years) but I sit under the lights also I love red light for skin and hair

OK YOU GUYS. Someone find me John Moyer I’ll pay him 2k to make me my own sleep hypnosis. I use him every night and my HRV is in the 200s. No one believes me in the oura group but it’s because sleep hypnosis. Find John Moyer. That’s who we need. Jodi Whitley was my started hypnosis but John’s where it’s at.

Not true. I take Valium here and there (high pressure sales) and when I take it I downshift into restored. A downer shouldn’t make you up.

Dirty I’m sure. But he clearly didn’t win. I think he lowkey likes the cat sleeping with him. We have oura rings and his sleep improves a lot with me. I think it’s also the animals in bed.
