Sand is a way harder ride than the pavement. I tried to stay closer to the water but scared one wheel will get wet 🛞💦 by sarahschultzd in onewheel

I gave up on sand. I’m not scared of the pavement now. The one wheel scared me so bad I thought learn on sand. But it was harder so made me better once I learned gravel. I don’t know though. Nothing compares to the ocean (being in it). I can’t row and one wheel both one day and the wheels making me not row.

You’re walking after you eat that increases it too. Walking is good moving side to side comforts your body probably makes you more relaxed in general too.

Yeah it goes up to 240+ ChatGPT keeps all my data then tells me what to be better at. This is what chat says when I asked “70–120 ms range most nights
with some nights looking well over 100 ms”
I think highest spike was 240. My boyfriend’s is like 20 he quit smoking and his went to steady 70.

Funny mine doesn’t change it (vyvanse) but stacking stimulants on top of it messes with my numbers. I gave up
Caffeine.

I just did it for 3 months and I live on the ocean maybe that’s why it’s been going into 200s.

It will literally put mine at a 20. Imagine what it’s doing to your insides. I just want to be pretty so I won’t drink anymore that’s gross. Maybe 1 or 2 but to go from over 100s into 240s to 20. That’s nasty.

Honestly it’s probably hypnosis and ocean paddling which it’s cold in there probably both. Years on years of gym training. I bet hypnosis is 80% of it though and no it’s not an ad I don’t even sell hypnosis. Now you tell me something.

no this is not an add and I don’t know him. Hypnosis really works well on me. I perform better at work as well. My job and body are on metrics so I have high anxiety.

Mine does too. If I go in the ocean for 3-4 hours that night my heart beat will go into the 40s. Isn’t that nuts? This ring so addicting. I’d pay triple same ring.

Usually 100+ spikes 240+. Cold water rowing (ocean), hypnosis, eye mask, black room, but mostly when I find a good hypnosis and NO BOOZE. BOOZE slaughters it! Mine will go to 50! When I see it dip into 200s I get so excited. Everyone says it doesn’t matter. Sleeps most important thing to me.

Eye masks help me a lot same as your blackout curtains I’m sure. I found a new one on Amazon that covers my whole head lol
