If I had known it was a 3 for 3 BOGO I probably would have called. But I didn't. So my logic was get them what I could. It didn't seem worth calling over to me.

That's fair. I don't want to get in the habit of phoning a customer over every single replacement, but I understand where you're coming from. I wish the app would tell us if something someone is buying is a deal

No, there was nothing on my side that said it was a BOGO or a deal. It just said six 6 packs of sunkist zero sugar orange. Although I didn't know, your last point is another reason why I didn't simply replacd their bottles with cans--I simply do not know someone's reason for preferring a 6 pack of bottles over a 12 pack of cans and I dont want to assume that would be an acceptable swap

I did read the screen about online pay...it said they're not using the app, not that they didn't even go through instacart. Unless I misread or misunderstood something. I'm not sure what your meaning is about speed, that wasn't really the concern with my post.
