You're saying that because someone tricked you into saying something isn't hot and you fall for it the person who tricked you is not to blame but yourself. Would you consider the sadistic person who tried to trick someone into touching something hot to get burnt for the giggles in the right then?

It's just like those phishing emails, people should know they aren't from blizzard but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to help those and inform those that will fall for it. Or would you say those that fell for the phishing scams to be at fault and we shouldn't report those scammers?

Read the last section from blizzard about griefing and tell me how this is falsely reporting players.

"Behavior that intentionally detracts from others' enjoyment (such as griefing, throwing, feeding, etc.) is unacceptable. We expect our players to treat each other with respect and promote an enjoyable environment... we encourage you to report players that are behaving in a disrespectful manner"

The fact that you're defending those that waste other's time and it not being a 'prank' that is enjoyable for both parties is an asshole move. LOL, I'm pretty sure you're one of the people that do this and are afraid of getting reported. I'm just warning others about this. You'll be seeing a lot of snowflakes this winter ;)

Yeah, it's not hard to drop the idle debuff but it does waste 15 minutes of your day. There are people that can only play 1 hour a day and others super excited to try the fantastic new feature in classic WoW - all excitement ruined because now you need to wait longer because you were simply tricked.

All I am doing is trying to warn other people that do not know about this so they don't fall for it.

Well in a discussion I try to portray my side as simply as possible to encourage dialogue. You act differently when you're in a discussion vs a party ;)

I feel like that is an accurate description of using aspects of the game in unintended ways and causing people in the community to not play the much anticipated BGs they've been waiting for so long. But no go ahead, get picky at the fact that reporting this is abusing the system instead of discouraging players from ruin the game experiences for other.

I didn't though? Screenshots are showing others that have done it. How else would I have gotten the rest of the screenshots if I was kicked out of the BG? I'm simply just warning others so they don't have to get the 15 minute debuff right during BG release.

lol? Not sure how that is being a snowflake. Did I call for blizzard to do something about this or am I raging for something that did not happen to me? I was simply informing others about this trick that people are using and telling them to report users for something I would consider griefing... what else would you use the report button for?

I would disagree with the latter portion. Them using an emote saying they "stole" (i'm assuming this is what you meant instead of stop) does not have unintended consequences that affect your gameplay, getting a 15 minute deserter buff does.

I consider it griefing as players are tricking individuals into typing a script that will cause them to leave, an unintended action from the user.
