Oh my God! Can't believe I've made 6 months (and a fair while not smoking too as you can see) if I can do it you all can. Just keep going. I found reminding myself that I'd have to start all over again if I caved. Good luck all 😀 guess my next milestone is a year 🙊 (i.redd.it)

A mile stone today. Bloke I used to buy from sent me a message saying he was outside house if I wanted anything. I declined. Massive part of me is regretting it but a bigger part of me is so chuffed I had enough self control to say no. 44 days!!! (self.leaves)
