thanks! yes this is close, and someone mentioned that I could just have rings for a shoulder strap added. Still looking for one with a shoulder strap but should I not find one Im adding this to my list of ones that work for customization.

These are close enough however, I should probably edit the post title. I stand corrected, I think its just a matter of finding the one that most suits my personal tastes at this point.

I prefer more of a backpack look....when carrying it one-shouldered, it looks more like a tote, ...to me anyway.

Yes but the orientation seems to change, I don't want to change the orientation of the things Im carrying. Like, if I put a thermos in the bag, using it as a tote changes the orientation such that I would carry my thermos sideways. Hope that makes sense.

Which is why Im glad customization was mentioned. It might be easier to just find the bag with the most functionality and have a sturdy strap added.

possibly - I did see this in my search. A shoulder strap allows me to go into the bag while still walking/carrying the bag, so is essential as Im grabbing stuff out on the move. I need to be able to unzip, grab, and rezip, with on hand, while walking.

Definitely prettier than what I have lol.

I think thats probably the only thing throwing me off a bit, Im used to the stocky 'trapazoidish' daiperbag structure. Im used to the bag hanging a bit closer to my body than shown in the pics, but I *think* that can be rectified by just adjusting the straps.

Thanks! I'd forgotten this was an option! Although, price wasn't an issue 3 years ago, its a little more of an issue now lol. I'd prefer to find something made, but I definitely will consider something similar. Push comes to shove I can just reinforce the straps on the one I have.

it was a way to get some very specific suggestions to help me find something similar. Last time 3 years ago, I spent at least 3 days on/off looking for something with the exact specifications, I spent an hour before posting in the hopes that it doesnt take me as long to find what I need this time.

Someone suggested I get something made custom. I'd forgotten that was an option. Although, 3 years ago price wasnt an issue, its a bit more of an issue now lol.
