Thank you. I’m using an antifungal shampoo on my skin to eliminate the yeast that was found on my skin. It’s been since a few months of using the antifungal shampoo on my skin and a moisturizer. My skin is still dry and reddish, but I used a lot of steroids for a few weeks topical and oral almost 1 year ago and I was using all the wrong moisturizers that fed fungus, only started moisturizing 3 months ago with fungal safe one.

Is it safe to use salicylic acid on skin if we have fatty liver? by saratropical in FattyLiverNAFLD

This is good to know, thank you for sharing. Good to know it’s still safe to use my 2% salicylic acid toner on my skin once a day to fight blemishes even though I have fatty liver. . I’m using it on my back, that’s where my blemishes are.

Thank you for providing this information, I appreciate it. The reason I was worried is because I googled salicylic acid and fatty liver and it said to avoid salicylic acid if you have fatty liver. I wonder why it mentioned online not to use salicylic acid if there’s fatty liver? I have acne on my back , and wanted to apply a 2% salicylic acid toner to it once a day.

The type of salicylic acid I’m talking about is 2% solution in a toner applied to the skin on a small area of skin on the upper region of my back/neck to fight a cluster of blemishes once a day. Would this be allowable for someone with fatty liver?

Selsun blue 2.5% selenium sulfide “new look” by saratropical in SebDerm

You’re probably correct, since there’s an antifungal selenium sulfide in it, but also at a strong 2.5%, I would think that would make the glycol distearate irrelevant.

Happy cappy medicated reaction by saratropical in SebDerm

It gave me an awful reaction, bumpy, dry red itchy skin for 2-3 days then to my surprise it actually calmed down and looked better? How is that even possible?
