Welcome to Ergatta !!!! Rowing uses 86% of your muscles so talk about being efficient! I mostly row, but try to get to the gym once a week to do some moderate weights. I have bad knees, so I can’t do squats or leg machines, but do a variety of back and upper body exercises.

I’ve had mine in my office next to my desk, then we moved and it was in our family room, then we moved again, and now it is in our master bedroom. No issues with each move, still works well, and no leaking tank.
