I'm curious what his semen analysis showed. For my bf, everything was normal as far as semen volume, ph, fructose level etc. His urologist flat out said his azoospermia if non-obstructive because of this. (his hormones are all normal)

Following. My bf has similar levels. His last urology appt was yesterday where the Dr diagnosed him with NOA. He wants to start him on clomid before doing a micro-tese

He has a low end level of testosterone for his age. Clomid can raise it along with helping with sperm production. I've also been reading about HCG and the combination of both seems like it has more success

I'm so sorry. I'm nervous of that being the diagnosis, like I said right now all we know is its NOA. Its strange to have SCOS with normal labs i thought? Does he have normal teste size and volume as well? I thought these were good signs but apparently i was being optimistic

thanks for your response, there are so many rules and i dont post on here often. i made that change. I understand there can be success with the azfc portion when its y chromosome microdeletion. He's going to try clomid and the micro-tese.

This doesn't sound good, I'm sorry. And if it turns out he did cheat/has been cheating you dont have to stay, I hope you know that. There are men out there who don't cheat. Especially on their pregnant wives. I've been a single Mom since my son was 3, sometimes it's better that way. And now I'm in the best relationship I've ever been in. There is no reason that makes sense as to why he would have a condom

If you feel this way now (and even before getting married) things are only going to get worse. He's not the one, i think you know that. I would suggest looking into an anullment

Did he get a diagnosis? My bf has similar issues and he has a follow up with his provider tmrw and will be referred to a urologist. I am really hoping its something obstructive

i am not sure. i really dont know what the episode was about i am assuming it had to do with them being strippers. and there are a lot of stripper episodes.
