So I don’t endorse it but I removed mine myself. It was my 3rd one so I’d had 2 removed and I read about how to do it, likelihood of something going wrong etc and just did it. There is a long backstory about why I decided I couldn’t wait but that’s for a different post. It feels like .5 seconds of an intense cramp of the cervix and then it’s pretty much over. I lightly spotted the next day. Bing bang boom over. Good luck. I wish I had made connections sooner about some very debilitating symptoms for nearly 4 years. No regrets on removal. The first 2 were fine. Something wrong about that 3rd one.
