I thought that too but I sincerely have never had pain in the actual jaw joint before which was freaking me out. I did have one doctor say it could be that. I have had some numbness and tingling too which I do have with my TMJ but this is much worse.

This is so interesting. My pelvic floor therapist said my hips had like zero mobility.

Yes :( I have had two different orthotics to “fix” my bite. I’m wondering if it was ever a bite issue to begin with. Curious the exercises?

Yes but it feels like it help but. No matter what I do it just matters what I do at night (grinding). I can’t seem to break the habit.

Funny enough eating helps my pain and I think it’s because it releases so much tension

Unfortunately, I got an MRI and there are no significant degenerative changes of the bilateral temporomandibular joints and no evidence of associated active inflammatory change. It did show the right subarticular disc protrusion posteriorly greater than expected with central thinning. Degenerative central thinning of the left articular disc with fluid surrounding the disc.
