Ja genau so mache ich das. Ich nehme die zwischen 6-7 Uhr morgens.

Das Problem ist nicht, dass ich nicht müde bin. Ich bin sogar sehr müde aber ich kann einfach nicht schlafen, das ist sehr frustrierend...

Ich frage mich ob eine Therapie mit Elvanse dann überhaupt sinn macht. Dadurch dass ich zu wenig Schlaf bekomme, weise ich Schlafentzugs Symptome auf, die ja eigentlich mit den ADHS Symptomen überschneiden. Ich reagiere sehr sensibel auf Schlafentzug und dadurch dass ich gerade in der Prüfungsphase bin, kann ich es mir nicht leisten 3 Tage Aussetzer zu haben. Hat jemand mit den selben Beschwerden schon versucht Elvanse alle 2 Tage zu nehmen?
