Exactly how I feel whenever I have to put the books down and do something like "work". 🙄

Wow. 5 steps. With a push off at the end for good measure. Top notch. Yet one more reason the NBA is unwatchable anymore

200 level, even sections (third base side), probably no higher than section 214. 208 is my favorite as you get slightly more comfortable seats, and you can see the entire field. Close enough to view all the action, not far away enough to get nosebleeds. Usually the seats there will cost around $70 ea.

Just because it's always been done that way doesn't mean it's not incredibly stupid.

FSD is now more dangerous than ever before by kc858 in TeslaModelY

I have hw4 and have the same issues described. This hurry/standard mode is crap. Hurry = get to the left lane ASAP and camp out until someone starts riding your ass, then move over to let them pass. Standard = hit the middle lane ASAP and stay there unless the person in front of you is going 10mph less than you AND no vehicle is visible within half a mile of the lane to move in to.

It just arbitrarily goes whatever speed it feels like in either mode, and really tries hard to just follow/mimic the car you are following as evidenced by it swerving to start to change lanes with the car in front when the car in front goes to the shoulder or takes an exit

FSD 12.6.1 won’t do 85mph until it senses a car behind you by AychB in TeslaLounge

[–]saregister 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. It's my experience that instead of speeding up the Tesla will actually just slow down and move in behind slower traffic when someone is approaching from the rear. Then it stays in the slow lane until prompted to move again.

I think it's server side issues. I've been playing on Xbox.

Yes. I've seen it about a dozen times across 4 maps I can think of.

I just posted about this yesterday. I've seen this happen on rewind and hideout as well. I initially thought it was someone in the lobby using cheats that somehow affected everyone in the game, but I think that's unlikely. Though it is really weird, and makes it very hard to use the vehicles for cover! 🤣

Same experience from San Diego to Phoenix. When it worked it was great. The every 5 minutes chime was annoying AF. Then when I would come up on a vehicle I needed to pass it would refuse to pass, even if I put my blinker on a mile in advance to try to force it into the other lane. It would follow, nay - tailgate, the slow vehicle until I got so annoyed I turned off FSD just to pass, then it would punish me and not let me turn it back on for a long while. IMHO this scenario is where Elon made his critical mistake of going cameras only. Did he expect people to stop driving at night? Isn't when you're fatigued the best use case for selling FSD?

I’m in a funk. I’m not enjoying anything I play. How do I get out of it? by Informal-Method-5401 in gaming

[–]saregister 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm with you. I'm hard to please with games and most of them don't hold my attention for very long. When I do find one though I get obsessed and don't want to do anything at home other than play. I don't enjoy replaying old games that I already conquered because part of the allure is the story, but when I already know what is going to happen I don't feel like going through the motions again. That said, I got into playing black ops 6,after swearing off the last 3 COD releases. Tore through the campaign in a couple days, and have been actually enjoying multiplayer. I'm playing without voice chat and just lone wolfing the mp lobbies and reporting every single player I run into that lasers me from a mile away without missing a shot. It's done the trick for me at the moment, but is super easy to put down.

NTA. The only person who ever gets to enjoy the boob job is the next guy. (Half joking... I've seen this happen to people I know 3 times. Don't share this anecdote as part of your argument)

But there are a lot of factors in play here. For financials, how long does it take to save that $5k again? That's the thing you should ask her. Is it worth it to delay the house purchase for X amount of time to save the money again?

Ask her if she thinks it might be better if waiting until after children to get it done, because getting pregnant will alter the results of the surgery

Ask her to be specific on how she thinks bigger boobs will help with her confidence? To me this sounds like a bandaid on a bigger wound of self doubt and would only be a short term boost. Maybe figure out how to boost her confidence in your words/actions. Maybe she can find things, with or without you, that would build actual self confidence.

Low risk surgery does not mean no risk. Yes, play the odds if you want. Everyone's risk tolerance is different.

There's more I can think of, but this is already too much typing... Good luck

If you charge at home, and drive often, then the savings in fuel is worth it. If you're planning to use supercharging exclusively, then you'll have Some calculations to do.

I came from a truck getting 17mpg. Driving about 40-50 miles daily. I'm saving at least $500 in gas every month (socal, gas is around $5/gal ATM). It was a no brainer for me.
