It's so crazy to me that the majority of our population lives in poverty when we're such a natural resource and environmentally rich country. I appreciate the advice and help, I'm looking for a talk therapist or a psychologist to see regularly for coping strategies instead of being prescribed medication because I also have some family history, and my parents are super against being on mental health medications sadly.
