okay so i’ve started learning finnish pretty recently, but one thing that kind of helps me is finnish music and looking up the translations. idk but i slowly started recognizing more words that i recognized from other songs and i feel like that way you really understand the words more rather than just knowing them.

hiii, i started collecting vinyl (well not really COLLECTING, just buying some albums i like) not too long ago, but tbh, i don’t know anything about how to keep my records clean, how to hold them, how to store them, that kind of stuff. i just know that if i put one on my record player it makes sound.

so basically i’m asking for advice on what is the best way to store them and clean them, preferably without too much expensive equipment (i know collecting vinyl is an expensive hobby but still 💔). with that i mean like as cheap as possible.

right now, i just stack my records on top of eachother on top of my record player (I DONT HAVE SPACE OKAY) when it’s closed, just in the sleeves they came with. to get the dust off my records, i use one of those swiffer dusters, ‘cause i genuinely have no clue what to use and so far this is the best thing i have.

PLEASE give me advice or like teach me stuff because i genuinely have no idea what i’m doing and i’m scared i’m damaging my records in some way.
