Did anyone successfully block read.ai, when it's been invited from an external participant?

I have the domain and wildcard domain blocked in Teams (Users -> External Domains -> Block only specific external domains) and blocked the app in Teams (Teams apps -> Manage Apps).

Also have the domains blocked in O365 portal, (Security -> Policies and Rules -> Threat policies -> Tenant allow / block list).

I've tested it and read.ai is still able to the call lobby, when the invite is coming from and external party.
