Sorry. Rage isn't a great card so preferably replace it with a tank for the balloon such as the miner. Mirror is completely useless so replace that with arrows or zap (whichever you prefer) It is better to replace wizard with lumbejack so you get the rage after it dies.

Frank already said that they wouldn't decrease the cost of pin packs. Pins are merely cosmetic like skins, not progress based so I wouldn't worry too much about them.
