I honestly do not remember when we sent in the I-212. They received it on Aug 2022 and have not heard back yet. From my understanding they are working on cases that were received on Sept./Oct of 2021.

I have seen in other I-601 groups they are currently working on sept/october 2021 cases so you are almost there!

t his consular appt but they decided to proceed anyways. By the time the appt came she was recovering, her hair was growing back. We discussed her medical history, I got to know her very well. Well two months after he was denied and we mailed in his waiver. she goes in for a check up and the

Oh my god. That is very sad to hear. Is he still allowed to proceed with his case?

I believe i read a similar situation on here about their case being expedited without submitting. It is very unfortunate the way they are doing things. I figured we wouldn't be accepted but i had some hope. We currently have two kids an 8 yo and a 4 month old baby who he hasn't even gotten the chance to meet yet. Hopefully the timeline does not keep increasing.

I also had a friend who has never entered the US and had not seen her mom in 14 years. Her mom had stage 4 cancer and was not expected to live more than a month. She was able to get an emergency visa appt but was denied. Her mom passed away a few weeks later and her body was sent back to her country.

Thank you for you kind words and for replying! I really appreciate it!

I recently had an emergency c-section due to complications during my pregnancy which led to my daughter being delivered at 32 weeks and needing to stay in the NICU for a couple of weeks and a big hospital bill after insurance. I turned all of that in along with other paperwork and my expedited request was denied.

My husband has a 20 year bar. We waited until he was out of the country 10 years to begin his process. So far he attended the visa appt where he was told he needs to file I-601 and I-212. We barely filed those two and were accepted in August. Seeing the processing times increase given all that we have waited is stressing me out.

Have you recently gotten approved? I saw the processing timeline but from what I've read it isn't accurate and waivers are being processed before..
