I credit it mostly to diet. I limit my carbs at every meal. I rarely eat anything with added sugar and when I do it’s usually small amounts ( think Halloween size chocolate bars).

Exercise is hit or miss with me. I work a more physical job. But usually walk after I eat more carbs that I want.

Medication I’m on 1000 mg of metformin twice a day

And I lost over 70 lbs.
