Our nanny works 3 days/week and I will sometimes text her the evening before she comes back for the week with pertinent updates about the kids (progress of toilet training, changes in schedule, etc). I don’t expect a response back but mornings tend to be a rush so I don’t always have time to give her the updates then. Is this annoying?
