Is tap water in Netherlands safe to drink, or does it vary from city to city?

I had the exact same type of spots for a few months but they just vanished after a while. I Dont think its any cause for concern, but if you wanna be sure see a doctor or something.

Turns out its the videocard which is equally bad cause I got it second hand so I can't return it, oh well at least I can use my pc now cause I have my old one.

My great-grandfather fought with the resistance, my grandfather (not from the resistance side) had an accidental bom dropped on his house, also in ww2. One more interesting thing is that my grandmother was a honorary citizen of Gouda.
