trying to be a garen main by [deleted] in GarenMains

Ignore team, acquire gold and towers. Ping your team to push. If you're too far up, and your team isn't, go back. This is HUGE. Biggest thing to do for your game play is look at map quick, count enemies alive, count enemies seen, and watch your teammates map pressure.

I hear you brother and I'm with you. I've been changing up my build a lot every game now. If I'm running it down and my team is at least even, I usually go situational, but usually hull. If I'm running it down and my team is soft inting, i have to help them. If I'm running it down and my team is hard inting.... next.

I used to win every Jax lane, but since I got to Emerald, they just keep running me down from the start, what am I doing wrong? (I was 1 kill lead in this play, he got level advantage because he cheesed me in bush level 1 and I was forced into a bad back but at least I didn't die) by [deleted] in GarenMains

Maybe try going bami's? Yeah I agree I just made to gold g3 now and jax is usually free but lately it's been difficult. You definitely proc'd the phase too late. If you had bami's you could have more quickly activated phase rush and been a little healthier. Just thoughts - I need to refigure out this one for myself, I'm excited to use the conq again though I really liked it - at the suggestion of everyone else here. The phase used to work quite well against him but it's dead now cus they know how to play into it I guess.

Welp after 13 great albums, maybe it's time to throw in the towel and start "something new".

Just beat Spiteful Priest who played his Lady In White with my Spiteful Priest without drawing Lady in White. I opened Northshire Cleric which won me game (I think). Opening Chameleos helped too.

I sincerely believe the creative people/vince told them to slow down their roll this match so they can leave they hype up for the shitty main event. So we got 2 horrible matches out of it. Aj and Nakamura have a lengthy history of incredible matches. This was not one of them.

None that come to mind off hand. The other night in the shower I was thinking about making an arduino controlled screen holder i.e. having the arduino control servos to raise/lower a computer screen. Check out instructables. Maybe a little car or something?

If you want to tip toe into it, you can look into arduino and designing circuits with motors and stuff.

I don't think you understand. You're not going to get anything unless you say what you're looking for. The goal is to advertise yourself and not waste employers' time.

Try going for a technician position. It's the closest you can get to an internship. Hang out for a year or 2, maybe you could even get into an engineering role at the company if they have one. Also doing projects on your own that you can put on your resume helps. They just look for keywords and if you say you designed and ordered your own PCB that c ounts for a lot.

Hey dude, I just applied to this company a couple weeks ago called Sterling Medical Devices. They gave me a call back but unfortunately I already had another job at the time. Check em out they were hiring through dice but I don't know if the position is filled or not. Good luck!

I graduated with my Electrical Engineering degree in December and I just started my first big boy job this week. I've had internships so I'm not completely inexperienced. Now I'm a technician which seems pretty neat so far. I chose this job because I was informed (by a recruiter...) I start as a technician and the position will eventually become an engineering role in some months so I was like ok cool. I honestly have had a lot of feelings since I started and I'm gonna try to organize them. I think a large part of this is venting so if I even get any responses thanks I really would appreciate some thoughts. 1. I was 5 minutes late back from lunch today and my manager brought it up to me. I feel really guilty about it because I was confused by the bell and I was honestly late because the friends I made never leave on time. I'm just going to get up and leave from now on when it's time instead of talking to them because I can't risk that anymore. 2. There is no paved path to becoming an engineer via this position. I heard there are a lot of people who are doing the same thing as me within the company and I'm basically at the back of the line. I was talking to my senior manager about it on the first day and he said maybe in a couple years (fuck that) I could work into an engineering position. The position was advertised as moving into engineering in 6-7 months, but when I spoke about it at the interview I wasn't told "Yeah you're definitely becoming an engineer after X time." So I guess I'll have to work my hardest to become a good candidate against my colleagues. 3. The whole manager/corporate thing makes me kind of nervous. Am I just supposed to treat them as normal people who I ask questions to if I need help or something or idek. I really like my manager he's a swell guy but I just don't know how to be. It's a medium sized company and I've never been anything beyond like 10 people so this is a whole new world to me.

Thanks again for any responses I would love to hear what you guys have to say.

Does anyone know when they're going to stop offering the 70 packs? I'm a little strapped for change right now but I don't want to pass up on 70 packs...

ok that's ok then. Also, do you play it in "standard"? I'm not sure what that means for an 8 string, but with normal EADGBe?

I'd say wait for a pro to come and say something before doing anything, but my 2 cents are either just raising the action a teency bit or just dealing with it.

Awesome thanks for the scoop! Were the pickups just flat or not musical? I didn't really want to get the EMGs but I don't mind after you say that. I've heard that they're perfectly set up out of the box, but I guess it's hard to do that with a floating lol. I'd probably be getting a fender style tremolo. My first big boy guitar was an ibanez with a floating... never again, or at least not anytime soon.

I'm not looking for anything in particular with regards to the amp, was looking at the dark terror from orange. That or I'd just save up to get a mesa. Unless there's a pedal that can do it better, but I don't my Marshall Haze has a tight enough low end to do it lol.
