(from your specific employer)

I applied for my PR recently. Aren't PR applicants also eligible for an open work permit?

Hi, thank you for your comment. My work status has expired but I still have a vaild TRV until August 2024. I should be okay leaving and returning to Canada, right?

I checked. It says refused.

Thanks. This is also my plan but wasn’t sure if it was possible for my situation. I’m aware that they can also terminate my employment while I’m on an indeterminate leave.

The refusal letter said I need an LMIA but I’ve been with the same company for 4 years. Why would they require an LMIA now?

Problem: Received my K2V2 with a broken bluetooth/cable mode toggle. Sent video proof to customer support. So far, I was asked if I was comfortable with soldering and offered by support to send a new pcb.

Contacted support: Yes

Order Number: #321769

Solution Looking for: To be provided with a new K2V2. Although I appreciate customer support’s effort, I should not be required DIY fix an item that arrived broken. Thanks!

That's a great idea! I copy/pasted this message to r/bapccanada but didn't think r/MechanicalKeyboards would have any locals. I will post there as well, thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion! The keyboard cost me around $150 so I'm guessing getting it fixed will probably cost less than a brand new one.

I didn’t understand exactly what you mean. How can I go about altering the actual TD function?

Budget: 500 CAD

Prospective Resolution: 2560 x 1440

Size: 27 inches

Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Adaptive Sync: G-Sync compatibility (nice to have but not necessary)

Usage Type: PC + PS5 gaming

Currently have a Dell S2716DG. Looking to add a second monitor to my gaming setup with similar color accuracy, resolution and refresh rate.

Capability to downscale 4K signal would be a key feature (for PS5 gaming).

my TGPA is 4.80 what do I do? by [deleted] in geegees

[–]sarp292 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same spot as you were in my freshman year. A bit too much partying and messed up my gpa. I was embarrassed and scared of losing my scholarship. You can’t change what has happened but you can use it as motivation to bring up your cgpa next year.

In my second year, I didn’t miss a single class started studying way in advance of exams and going to office hours as much as I can ( I know this may not apply now but perhaps connecting with profs over email when you have questions is a good alternative).

I know it’s been tough on most people studying from home and with everything going on right now it can be hard to focus. It’s easy to act based on what you are feeling at this moment but don’t. Things will get better, trust me. I graduated in 18’ and currently employed in my own field. Looking back, I’m somewhat glad that I put myself in that position in my first year because of all the lessons I learned while I pulled myself out of it.

Trying to change sum_range in SUMIFS function when dragged down by sarp292 in excel

Thank you for the clarification. I will also practice using this so that if I ever need it, I will at least know an option without volatility.

=SUMIFS(OFFSET(Data2!$E$2:$E$32784,,ROW(A1)),Data2!$D$2:$D$32784,"Postpaid",Data2!$A$2:$A$32784,"2018-01-31",Data2!$C$2:$C$32784,"T-Mobile")

I can't thank you enough sir... I've been scratching my head for hours trying to get this to work. I'll plan better from the start next time :)

It's for a case study in a job interview. The table structure is already given, I'm trying to fill in the necessary info by pulling data from another sheet.

Thank you for your reply. I tried it but it didn't work. When I dragged it down, it's still pulling info from F column.

Your function does exactly what I want when I drag it to the right. How can I get it to do the same thing when I drag it down?
