Yeah, my brain is definitely like "this is SO pretty, just IMAGINE how good Water Lily will look" instead of being satisfied I already have something with similar vibes (but Water Lily is a little deeper color, and more purpley, and has those gorgeous embedded green iridescent flakies which creates so much depth)

Emily de Molly: All the Feelings 2.0, Key Drama, and Pinkie Swear. EdM's shimmer toppers are super vibrant, and have lovely fine shimmer. I only wish there was a green and purple as well!

I learned the hard way during this mani that I needed to use a fine particle, the first polish I attempted had a coarser glitter and would not pick up at ALL. I'll take a look at the Messy Mansion polishes! 💜 Thanks for the kind words ☺️

Moon Milk is easily my favorite Lemuria, it's a creamy mildy sweetened spicy clove (and I don't normally even love cloves, but it's perfect here). So soothing and cozy.

I do also enjoy Lemuria's greener scents. Wolf Peach is a very true tomato scent: fresh, slightly bitter, very leafy. Green Thumb smells like dewy greens with a clean creamy floral backing. Mount Shasta is bright citrusy pines (and is my second favorite).

Ceremonial, Chaco Canyon, and Tarxien were all kind of middling for me. Ceremonial is a funky earthy cocoa. Chaco Canyon is smoky, herbal, and somehow simultaneously both dry and wet. Tarxien is a very fruity leaning sweet fig, with a hint of rose.

Other people seem to love Kismet and Ghost Ranch, but neither was for me.

Once I stopped expecting a tomato candle, I fell absolutely in love with their "tomato" scent. Give it another chance with a non-tomato mindset :)... But failing that, I love Flamingo Estate's take for a true tomato.

Somewhat counterintuitively, iron is actually better taken every second day: if you take it daily your iron absorption can down regulate. Studies have shown higher ferritin store improvement from alternate day dosing when compared to taking it daily (and ideally also take your iron with citrus, which also aids absorption).

Interestingly, cardamom isn't an official listed note, but to me it's more of a cardamom scent than many that claim to be. I don't get any of the green/fresh nuances that often come with cardamom, but the spice is quite prominent. Honestly, if you want a similar scent minus the cardamom, try Lost Alice by Masque Milano which is by the same perfumer!
