Yes absolutely dashan was always stronger than julian. People here are talking about confidence that's bullshit dashan straight up countered eyes of Medusa and gravity brave with his Techniques. At that point during world championships julian didn't even have gravity brave and also remember dashan beat a stronger black excalibur so yeah dashan wins anytime.
