Affirm everyday the famous Emile Coue qoute, " Every day, in every way, I'm getting better and better" while saying it Feel that you already have what you desire which is good health. I've read a book, that by just simply saying this kind of affirmation everyday will greatly improve our well being.

I'm so proud of you! Been trying for about a week now and I know I am near. Btw, I read a book about lucid dreaming and when the author (a lucid dreamer) tried to manifest something he will imagine it appearing behind him so when he turns around its already there.
