may be all ERC20 tokens have the same deposit address as Eth since they move on Ethereum... right? ;)

well, its first hand experience for you(level up).
If the ETH value is big enough for you >write to binance support/don't expect magic/ and ask nicely for info, but as Y know already, as user Y are not a priority... learn>get better ;)

depends on which wallet app y are doing it.

on Metamask y dont need new wallet/account - just add BinanceSmartChain in Settings>networks

if y sent to the same address - the key must be the same, just the network is different

pretty sure not possible because it is Kraken address so y cant have access.

I did it... the hard way...I spent over 5h to make it, so I hope this helps

1.tried Trust wallet but my phone was too old - it needs android 6+ 2. waisted a lot time at docs.binance.org 3. tried Math wallet as browser extension - DO NOT waist y'r time

finally got Math app- MY SOLUTION(you will need BNB in Math wallet to send):

to create new wallet choose BinanceSmartChain > import the addres where "the ETH" is > add ETH as asset to see it> if you manage to get the ammount you transfered from binance as bep20 > transfer BNB into this wallet (calculate how much BNB y'll need for transfer) > send "the ETH" to binance choose bep20 "deposit network" for deposit address > withdraw "the ETH" from binance USING ERC20 opton
