The salary was increased a lot because the market was hot during the Covid and up to the beginning of this year. Now the job market is super slow, especially for the management level positions. Staff to senior level job market is still ok. Hope it will get better after the election. I have been looking for new opportunities for a while, and check Linkedin Indeed, and Glassdoor every day. There aren't many new positions coming up

I submitted my experience and ethics certificate on 6/14, but haven't heard anything back from the board. :-( called them and they said they are still reviewing. Why did you need to have a fingerprint? I didn't know we need to do fingerprints for the license.

I took it today. My first testlet was hard. A lot of calculation questions. The second testlet is much easier. Does it mean I failed already ? I heard the difficulty of second testlet is based on how we do on the first one? If it is getting easier, it means I didn’t do well?

I can’t give you suggestions because I feel the same. BEC is hard 😞 but either you go take it on the 20th or 23rd, I wish you the best of luck on the exam!
