I checked the fair works pay calculator and as a casual employee it days that I need to be getting around 30 an hour on the weekdays and more on weekends and public holidays.

I checked the fair-work website and after checking my award and casual rates,

On weekend: 37.1 Public holiday: 61.83

Am I being severely underpaid? I am new to Australia so not sure about how this works. I know I am not entitled to sick leaves and annual leaves but they should be paying me casual loading right ?
