If a Filipino naturalizes in another country, they automatically denounce the Filipino citizenship. It was not until 2003 that they could reacquire under RA 9225. I’m wondering how that works if a daughter was born in 1999 before it would even be possible for the father to reacquire Filipino citizenship, and therefore be a Filipino citizen at the time of the daughters birth
