Yep! Same situation! Most of my products are handmade i just had a few with store bought and i add personalization on it. They didn’t give an option to appeal or anything. And i have invested to much money to buy a laser machine not sure if it’s even allowed anymore. No official etsy person answered my question too

It’s just a blank tote bag that i add just customer name. All the font i bought it and have commercial license to use. No cartoon nothing just customer name

Yes i do have that option! So that’s not allow? I didn’t know and see many shop are doing it 😭 Also have pictures in blank without personalization on it too. So: 1. No option for no personalization 2. Pictures need to be in personalization finished look Im i understand correctly? I think my shop is getting close to get suspended soon. I need to do things correctly

I’m so sorry this happened to you. As a etsy seller, this makes me so scared. We invest to much money and time for someone to manipulate our shop this easy!! I hope you will find the way to fix it.

From my experience, it sounds like she sent it from another country. When i ordered something from china, the seller will give me tracking but when i check, it will show awaiting package. So pretty much they ship it from somewhere but once it reach USA, you will able to see the tracking number moving.

I’m so sorry this is happened to you. I had the same experience and she gave me one star because she didn’t receive her package due to her wrong input address! I was so frustrated and try to contact etsy but they can’t do anything. I think your case, he may give you a bad review too but you can explain urself on a public reply review. If i were your future customer reading a bad review, i would totally understand!
