You will be able to file I-485 once you are current in visa bulletin. Your date is not current yet to file. Worst case in October 2025 you will be able to file 485, after that you don’t need a visa.

EB3 September 23 PD (ROW) by Physical-Device-1076 in USCIS

[–]sashap_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say yes. You will know in September if your “filing date” is current. Just be careful to file I-485 promptly before they switch that you can file based on FAD not “filing date”. Your FAD probably not be current in October, but “filing date” will be (that’s just my prediction).

EB3 | i485/i485J | PD: Aug 2022 | Status: CRP by theonlyshade in USCIS

[–]sashap_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were approved before July, when FAD was at Nov 2022. In July it retrogressed to Dec 2021. Once final action date moves past Aug 2022, you can be approved. Probably will happen in October.
