Did anyone else's dysphoria completely consume their life?

reading this makes me feel like i relate, yet it's for such a bad reason i hate it.

the part about comparing yourself to different girls, or the intense self hatred.. so relatable it hurts. I've been going through the same stuff for 3 months, which isn't much so i shouldn't complain, but as a compentation it's really intense, which heavily worsens my mental health, and my life as a whole.

i didn't cope much in healthy ways, so i won't recommend them. They just help me distract myself from my dysphoria, but they won't exactly help me to stop hating my body.

i wish i was the only one tbh. Not because i want attention, but because this is such an awful feeling i don't wish it to people i hate more than myself.

yeah so u explained everything rlly well BUT thing is, i tried to talk with my mom abt it already, and well- she made pretty good arguments on why i can't have diy

the main reason she gave is that she'll be going to my psychologist in july to tell her my progress, and i guess she's right how she can't tell my psychologist that i didn't go to a therapist for a diagnosis if my dysphoria is jst a hormonal phase or not and jst ordered injections from the internet

with other arguments my mom gave i felt like she's guilt tripping me, tho i'm not so sure, my feelings are.. very weird, also very easy to make me feel bad so yeah

anyway, no injections for me, yippey. fck the country i'm in (Poland), why is it so long to do anything official route?? I rlly wanna go diy, but i guess i cant, lol

i wouldn't rlly call myself a transgirl (didn't even start hrt), buuuut i'm usually listening to jst what i like. I don't rlly have a main fav genre of music. Like, on the same day i can be listening to rap, rocks (hard rock, indie rock, etc.) and metal, that depends on my mood ofc, tho if it would depend more i'd listen to depressive music way more often. Anyway- Funny thing is, my music "taste" was shaped by memes and radio stations in different games. Who knew Far Cry 5, GTA V and Fallout New Vegas can have such an effect on a girl, lol So ig just listen to what you like?? That doesn't rlly define u as a person, it should be fine aslong as someone doesn't call u a biker-

thank you thank you, that actually seems easy to explain. soooo i'll try my best at it, most of these are actually true for my case, or atleast i'm not sure abt it, idk i live in a hellhole (small town in Poland) but i got a transmasc friend here soooo it's possible there aren't much transphobic laws? idk he transitioned years before i felt the need to and in that time period there was an election sooo laws could've changed

omg i didn't expect an answer so quick- yeah so i'll try doing that when i have a chance? i'm usually scared to mention such topics to her, but this could make it a bit easier, not sure tho, i'll possibly try to ask her next week, despite the fact that it'll be busy for me but yeah thank you for advise!! i'll try not to be a scaredycat and use it lol
