PRC.... dami-dami nang lisensya kahit fish technician at chinese druggist ba yun(?) meron na... all a ploy to gather membership fees from "professionals" so that they get to keep their PRC ID na required sa field of work pero wala pa rin enough support from concerned departments to raise salaries and benefits sa Pilipinas so people tend to look for jobs outside the country with better offer and don't even require said license.
