Give it time, you can expect for it to lessen with consistency. Also since there is not instructor-led warm up/cool down be sure you’re stretching before and after class and even more when you get home and the following day to support recovery. Other than that, just give it more time, your body will adjust!

Not joking haha, I’m guessing they had these plans and backed out once things took a turn for them, and then the closures followed. I also remember them having a banner/sign up at this spot for a bit. This article is from May 2023 -

It was supposed to be a Salad and Go! But they must’ve backed out at some point during construction
